Terms and Conditions

 By purchasing our dressing table ("Product"), you ("Customer") agree to these terms, compliant with U.S. laws (Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, FTC Order Rule).


  • 1. Order Confirmation & Shipping
  •  Order confirmed via "Order Confirmation" email after 24-hour verification post-payment.  - In-stock: Shipped within 48hrs (UPS/FedEx/USPS) with tracking.  - Pre-order: Follow product page timeline; delays over 3 days notified.  - Shipping cost: Calculated at checkout; AK, HI & territories may have surcharges. 


  •  2. Product Information & Accuracy
  •  Product specs (dimensions, materials, finish) are on the detail page. Minor variations (lighting, batches) exist—actual product prevails. Customizations require pre-order CS confirmation (separate terms apply).


  • 3. Returns & Exchanges
  • 30-day return policy (U.S. state requirement):  - Eligibility: Request within 30 days of delivery; unassembled, unused, original packaging/hardware/manual intact.  - Exceptions: No returns for custom, assembled (non-defective) or mishandled items.  - Shipping: Customer pays for non-defective returns; we cover defective ones (photo/video proof needed).


  • 4. Warranty & After-Sales Service
  • 1-year limited warranty for manufacturing defects (excludes wear, improper assembly, damage):  - Coverage: Defective parts (drawers, hinges); claim with order number, purchase date & defect proof.  - Assembly: Includes manual & video QR code; CS assistance (9AM-5PM PST, Mon-Fri).


  • 5. Amendments & Dispute Resolution
  • Terms may update (7-day website notice for regulatory/business needs).  - Disputes: Negotiate first; failing that, file in court at our U.S. office county ([Insert U.S. Office Address]).Customer Service: [U.S. Toll-Free Number] | [Email] | Hours: 9AM-5PM PST, Mon-Fri 

Return and Refund Policy

  • Returns & Refunds (Compliant with U.S. State Laws):  - Eligibility: Submit return request within 30 days of delivery confirmation. Product must be unassembled, unused, with original packaging, hardware kits and user manual intact (no signs of wear or damage).  
  • - Non-Refundable Items: Customized dressers, assembled units (unless proven defective), and products damaged by improper handling, installation or transportation.  - Return Shipping: Customer covers shipping for non-defective returns. For defective products (supported by photo/video evidence), we provide pre-paid shipping label. 
  •  - Refund Process: Inspect returned item within 48 business hours of receipt. Approved refunds are issued to original payment method within 3-5 business days; actual arrival time depends on your payment provider.
